Focus on automation and digital production, the factory introduces international advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment and technology, implements strict process manufacturing standards, has now enabled a set of intelligent special line, quilt intelligent special line, has 3 international advanced fully automated home textile production lines, solves the problem of dirt in the artificial transportation of ultra-wide, ultra-long bedding, realizes real-time viewing of production data, products can be traced to any process of any employee, for the quality of customers to achieve a strong guarantee. With the ultra-wide Buller (3.2 meters) automatic cutting bed imported from Germany, it has achieved dimensional accuracy within 1MM, created a wave cutting to solve the difficult problem of fiber fabric dethreading and many threads; equipped with 3 sets of large bedding integrated ironing equipment, solved the unevenness of manual ironing, ensured the flatness of the product, and equipped with automatic opening and sealing carton integrated machine, intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, automatic loading and unloading and other independent design patents. It has achieved a processing scale of 10,000 sets of standard four-piece sets per day.
